Who Designed J. Law's Golden Globes Dress?

by Shea Simmons

Is there a more popular actress than Jennifer Lawrence at the moment? With her stunning performance in Joy and her candid, fresh personality, she's basically everyone's favorite person. Tonight, at the 2016 Golden Globes, Jennifer Lawrence wore a stunning red gown with perfectly placed cutout designed specifically for her by Dior. The bold dress was a beautiful piece, and while she'll easily be on many people's best dressed list, I'm still a little bummed that she and Amy Schumer didn't match on the red carpet tonight.

J. Law has always been a standout on the red carpet, and the looks have only gotten better and better since she became the face of classically chic house Dior. Since being named the spokesperson, Law has been seen sporting their looks at almost all of her red carpet appearance including wearing some seriously stunning ensembles at the Mockingjay premieres across the world. While premieres have been graced with J. Law's presence in Dior, her most notable moments have been on the red carpet during award season. In fact, Jennifer Lawrence's 2016 Golden Globes dress is just one in a long string of killer frocks — just take her 2014 Oscars gown. That Dior designed crimson piece was a total fashion moment, and tonight's red, cut-out gown was definitely a fashion forward redo of that gorgeous gown.
