Jennifer Lawrence at the 2016 Golden Globes was an absolute gem in a bright red custom made Dior gown, insanely beautiful statement necklace, and most importantly, the prettiest version of an chignon bun I've ever seen.

Not only was the elegant updo rather different than her usual hairstyles, it was also platinum blonde. And I'm totally digging it. Winter whites, anyone? Paired with a bright red lip, she basically embodied the ultimate classic beauty. With such a stunning necklace, the updo was certainly the way to go. But don't be fooled, because it was equally as beautiful.

We've seen Lawrence in everything from a blunt bob with messy waves, to an edgy pixie cut, to a crown braid. Shout out to vintage Jennifer, in her long curls and bangs. But a chignon we've never seen before. For such a dressed up, glamorous evening, it was the perfect 'do to rock on the red carpet and while she was presenting with Amy Schumer.
