Khloé Kardashian Gives An Update On Lamar Odom

It's official: When something is wrong, Khloé Kardashian is the person you want in your corner. She never left Lamar Odom's side when he was hospitalized in October after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, and it looks like that hasn't changed. And if you've been wondering how he's been doing since the holidays, you're in luck. During a Television Critics Association panel, Kardashian gave an update on Odom's condition, and even though it sounds like it's going to be a long road to his recovery, there's finally some good news. He's doing better! And so far, it seems like Odom is making a lot of progress, especially when you consider the fact that the outlook wasn't so good in the beginning of this ordeal.

Kardashian told reporters, according to Us Weekly:

Lamar is good. I'm just there to support and care for him. But he is doing amazing and I’m so proud of the strength that he has to fight this battle that’s his battle, and I’m so grateful for everybody’s love and concern because I think it is coming from a good place.

It's awesome to hear that Odom is doing well, but what's really interesting is this: The fact that people's concern for Kardashian and Odom is "coming from a good place." If you've spent ten minutes existing in our universe, you probably know someone or are someone who has criticized one or more of the Kardashians for just about anything they do. So it's awesome to hear Kardashian and Odom are getting support at a time they need it most, especially since they're normally being torn down for their actions, whether it's in the media or from rude people on Twitter.

Here's hoping Odom's recovery keeps going well, and don't worry — Kardashian is definitely planning on giving more updates on his condition in the future. The 31-year-old added that she plans on talking about Odom on her new FYI show, Kocktails With Khloe, which premieres January 20. May every update be a positive one!
