When you're as adorable, successful, redheaded, giving, and royal as Prince Harry, you're probably going to date a lot. Hello, he is a prince! Who wouldn't be interested in him? That said, being royal and constantly under a microscope, everyone wants to know about Harry's dating life. Sometimes there are ridiculous rumors that Prince Harry's dating Pippa Middleton or even Harry Potter actress Emma Watson. However, let's get down to serious business: who has Prince Harry dated?
As goes with most of Harry's relationships, a lot of them are based on rumors, sources, and whatever British tabloid's are saying. It's hard to pin down exactly who's he dated or called his girlfriend, and I can't blame him for being coy about it. I mean, if you really want a behind-the-scenes look, just read The Royal We . Anyways, as a prince who is in the spotlight 24/7, I wouldn't want factual details about my love life in the media. That would be terrible. However, that doesn't mean all of Harry's girlfriends have been kept secret.
For example, here are six women who have been pretty much confirmed to have either dated Harry for a long period of time or have at least gone on a date with him.
1. Camilla Thurlow
In August 2014, it was reported that Harry was dating Camilla Thurlow, who is a former Miss Edinburgh. As Us Weekly reported at the time, the two even went on a cruise together, which was "partly to celebrate Harry's 30th birthday." Obviously, the two are no longer together — or so it seems.
2. Cressida Bonas
Despite never coming out publicly as a couple, Harry and Bonas started dating in 2012, but ended things in May 2014, according to People. However, in September 2015 the two were spotted hanging out on more than one occasion: once at Harry's birthday party, another time at the movies, and she even supported him at the Invictus Games. At the time of all these spottings, a source told E! News, "Cressida and Harry are not officially back on, but there is interest again from her part."
3. Chelsy Davy
Like Bonas, Chesly Davy is one of Harry's well-known girlfriends. They dated for five years, before breaking up in 2009. There was never an official reason given for their split (it was all hearsay), but as Us Weekly reports, the two seemed to have dated on and off from 2004 to 2011, meaning 2009 may not have been the end of their relationship. Davy reportedly even went to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding as Harry's date.
4. Mollie King
In 2012, Harry was linked to Mollie King, a singer and member of The Saturdays. And in December 2012, King admitted to going on a date with Harry. She told The Closer (via the Evening Standard), "Yes, I have met Harry, and we did go out for a drink." It appears that's really all there was to their so-called romance.
5. Caroline Flack
You might recognize Caroline Flack as the X Factor UK host who had a fling with One Direction's Harry Styles, which she talks about in her autobiography Storm in a C Cup. As for Prince Harry, she still remains tight-lipped about if they did or didn't actually date. However, during an interview with ITV's This Morning, she said, "I don't talk about the relationships, and I don't talk about Prince Harry." According to an excerpt from her book via People, they "did have a friendship," but it didn't last long. "Once the story got out, that was it. We had to stop seeing each other. I was no longer Caroline Flack, TV presenter, I was Caroline Flack, Prince Harry's bit of rough."
6. Florence Brudenell-Bruce
According to several reports, in 2011 Harry dated Florence Brudenell-Bruce, a model, but it appears not for very long. Per The Mirror, she dumped Harry because of his flirting and because she didn't see a future with him. In 2013, Brudenell-Bruce married Henry St. George.
