'KUWTK' Brings Back Kim's Cry Face
Once upon a time on Season 2 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the Kardashian-Jenners went to Breckenridge, Colorado. And on that trip, an iconic moment was born. Nay, a star was born. A star that would go on to rule the small screen for years to come. A star that would later inspire a pair of earrings. And that star is the Kim Cry Face. And Tuesday night's Keeping Up: Kardashians Vacation , the half-hour special dedicated to the royal family of reality TV's most memorable vaycays, took a few minutes to revisit this legendary moment.
As Keeping Up: Kardashians Vacation is quick to point out, the excursion to the quiet mountain town started out on a sour note: Khloe and Kourtney were angry with Kim, and Kim was angry with Khloe and Kourtney. Actually, I think everyonewas mad at Kim? It might've had something to do with cell phones? I honestly don't know. But that's neither here nor there. Just know that both the altitude and tensions were high. ANYWAY, at some point, Kris chucked Kim's cell phone behind a couch. Kim responded by chucking a phone over a balcony and skulking off to one of the cabin's bedrooms. Khloe told youngest sister Kylie to go talk to Kim. Kylie reluctantly obliged.
"Khloe has a Cartch... Cartier watch for you," young Kylie told Kim, per Khloe's request. Between sobs, Kim shouted a fury-soaked reply. Kim wasn't having any of it.
"I don't even know what Cartier means," Kylie added. The rest of the family heard their cue and descended upon the bedroom. And that's when Kim began to really let the tears flow. A smile krept across Kourtney's face. In a talking head, she revealed that she gets a kick out of Kim's crying face, aka Kim's Cry Face.
