15 Platinum Blonde Celebs Who Owned 2015

It's not easy to pull off platinum blonde hair, but these celebs dared to go for the drama this year. In 2015, masses of platinum blonde celebrities emerged, and while entertainers like Beyoncé and Justin Bieber debuted lighter locks in the past 12 months, one of the most talked about transformations was Kim Kardashian's platinum hairstyle earlier this year. The reality TV star channeled Queen Elsa during Paris Fashion Week before dyeing it back to her brunette roots.

"I did love the blonde and I wish I could have kept it a little longer [but] I really wanted to go to Armenia being a brunette," Kardashian said back in May. "I wish I had kept it a couple months longer."

Kardashian's younger siblings Kendall and Kylie Jenner also rocked platinum blonde hairdos in 2015, but only with the help of wigs. Kendall went blonde for an Alice in Wonderland-themed shoot in Vogue, while hair chameleon Kylie's blonde makeover debuted at her 18th birthday party.

And as for Kim, the platinum blonde hair will eventually make a comeback, just not anytime soon. "I'll do it again, but I'm going to have to wait now a couple years because it just damaged my hair so much," she said. Here are 14 other celebrities who went platinum blonde in 2015 and slayed:
