It's official: the 2016 Grammy nominations are here, which means it's time to see if your favorite artist scored any recognition from the prestigious music awards, especially if you're a T. Swift fan. So, how many Grammy nominations did Taylor Swift get? It's no surprise Swift received love. After the release of 1989, fans and music lovers alike knew she'd be taking home all kinds of awards for the album. With that said, here are the noms she received.

  • Album of the Year: 1989
  • Song of the Year: "Blank Space"
  • Record of the Year: "Blank Space"
  • Best Pop Solo Performance: "Blank Space"
  • Best Pop Duo/Group Performance: "Bad Blood"
  • Best Pop Vocal Album: 1989
  • Best Music Video: "Bad Blood"

Seeing as 1989 was released in October 2014, it was expected that Swift would be nominated. Before it was even released in its entirety, it was already a hit. Some just can't get enough of her and have that much faith in the music sensation.

In the past, the 25-year-old country-turned-pop star has always received love from the Grammys, because duh. She's a huge hit in the music industry who can never really seem to do any wrong. I mean, what fans aren't usually freaking out over T. Swift's albums, old and new? Before this year's nominations, Swift had earned 19 nominations. She took home seven Grammys out of those 19, including 2010 Album of the Year and Best Country Album for Fearless. Impressive, right?

When it comes to Swift's music, there's no doubt she's going to get at least some type of recognition, because how could she not? Whether you're a fan or not, you can't deny she is talented.
