Other than being brilliant, kind, and a total badass, Michelle Obama is also one heck of a fashionable first lady. From her inauguration gowns to her everyday J.Crew chill, she's got style down to an art. Wednesday at the White House Christmas decor reveal, Michelle Obama's Christmas dress further illustrated just how effortlessly chic our First Lady truly is. Her brocade Michael Kors frock was perfectly festive and totally classy. I've got to say it may just be one of my favorite looks from her yet.
Obama is not a stranger to killer clothes. While her incredible work as First Lady shouldn't be ignored, it's not a lie to say that alongside being well-known for her achievements, she's also got quite the reputation for her stylish attire. Whether she's killing it at a state dinner or rocking a crop top, FLOTUS has fashion down to an art. Despite the criticism she's faced for some of her fashion choices, Obama has remained true to her classic yet vibrant sense style, and I love it.
It was no different Wednesday at the reveal of the White House Christmas decorations. Obama emerged wearing a stunning deep green brocade frock from Michael Kors. The a-line silhouette was a total classic, but it was the brocade that bumped the look up a notch. Plus, her golden pumps were total festive goodness.

Even the Obamas' precious pooch got involved, and while that pup is adorable, the brocade pattern of the dress definitely has my attention.
While the dress wasn't specifically festive, something of the green color coordinated perfectly with the beautiful Christmas decor.
