Watch New 'Batman V Superman' Teaser

We finally get to see a grizzled Batman and Clark Kent face off in the latest Batman v Superman trailer. It's still quite a while until audiences will get to see the two heroes face off for longer than a couple of seconds on the big screen, but this latest tease is sure to have hearts racing. Revisiting his role as Superman, Henry Cavill takes on the boy from Krypton who will face off against a weathered, seasoned Batman. Newcomer to the franchise Ben Affleck — fondly known as Batfleck — takes on the role of Batman in the next installment in the series.

The teaser features a tied up and unarmed Batman as he is de-masked by a very, very brooding Superman. Though little of the plot is still known, we know this story takes place later in the timeline of these characters, as Batman is nearing the end of his career and some serious ish has gone down in order to make these two heroes fight against one another.
