Sofia Vergara's Wedding Gown Is So Glamorous

Remember when Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello announced that they were getting married, and basically took the Sexiest Couple Of All Time title? And now, Sofia Vergara's wedding gown confirms that she takes bombshell bride of the year, showing off a jacquard dress on Instagram that practically made my jaw drop. But would I expect anything less?

I've been dying to see what her dress was going to look like — after all, she's always an absolute goddess on the red carpet, pulling off the mermaid style dress like it's her job. Vergara owns this shape, and wears it to practically every red carpet, and for good reason. It just works on her. She's taken that same style with her wedding gown. The strapless gown is super fitted, but has two pieces on either sides of her hips, creating a fuller skirt.

She paired the gorgeous dress with a tennis bracelet and tear drop earrings, and kept her hair in classic, luscious waves, Vergara style. I absolutely love the jacquard pattern on her dress, that gives just a bit of detail to elevate the whole dress. Rather than work with different textures like lace or tulle, she went with a print, which was so unexpected and cool.

Vergara and Manganiello got hitched on Sunday at the The Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida. The ceremony took place at 7 p.m. in front of Modern Family co-stars, according to People. The wedding celebration included an entire weekend of celebrations, and even a performance of "Sweet Child O' Mine" by her now-hubby. We could totally get down with that.
