When Is 'Better Call Saul' Season 2 Coming?
Amazing news Bob Odenkirk fans! AMC has finally told everyone the Better Call Saul Season 2 premiere date, and it's very very soon! Season 1 wrapped up in April 2015, seven long months ago, so finding out that Season 2 of Better Call Saul starts on February 15, 2016 is news worthy of a special reminder on the calendar, surrounded by little hand drawn hearts. With recurring news on everyone's Facebook feeds that a new series of Breaking Bad will be finally be made (it won't — hoaxes are harsh, yo!), Better Call Saul is the perfect remedy.
Not only will we get to see more of Saul Goodman's journey to becoming the lawyer of choice for criminal masterminds, fellow Breaking Bad stalwart Mike Ehrmantraut, played by Jonathan Banks, will presumably make the move from legit car park attendant to handy man/hit man as the series progresses. Watching both of their character arcs develop is a total bonus for Breaking Bad obsessives, who have always been desperate to spend more time with these fictional characters they can't let go of. No judgement — I get it. Breaking Bad was legendary, and letting go of Walter White and co. is no easy feat. Praise be to Jesse Pinkman (it's not wrong to worship him, is it?) that Better Call Saul is like the extra latte you wish you'd bought from Starbucks before it shut for the night.
With only three months until the Better Call Saul premiere date, here are several great ways to kill time until then.
1. Re-Watch Better Call Saul Season 1
As Season 1 wrapped up way back in April 2015, it could be a good idea to refresh your knowledge of what went down.
2. Re-Watch Breaking Bad
For all the completists out there. If, like me, you devour TV quicker than real food, then you might want to crack through all of Breaking Bad while you wait for more Better Call Saul. I'll use any excuse that lets me watch Walter White at work. If you don't think he's just the hottest, there's something wrong with you.
3. Go To Law School
Not only would it be totally productive to study THE LAW, it'd mean you could translate all of the legal speak on the new series of Better Call Saul and score bonus points with your boyfriend/girlfriend/bestie.
4. Become A Parking Lot Attendant
Probs easier than studying law, and the perfect job to take out all of your anger and frustration on strangers for no reason. The way Mike does it, anyway.
5. Watch With Bob And David Instead
Get your Bob Odenkirk fix elsewhere by watching new episodes of With Bob and David , now streaming on Netflix. You know it makes sense.
Whatever you decide to do, stray strong. There's not much longer to go! Bring on February 15, 2016.
