You Can Preview Another New Adele Track

Ever since it dropped last month, the world has been obsessed with Adele's new song "Hello." The craze is understandable. After all, it's been quite some time since her last album, 21, and "Hello" is an incredible song in its own right. We've been waiting for the emotional punch only Adele can pack, and "Hello" is just a small piece of what we can expect from her upcoming album, 25. The singer started to do promo for the release, which includes an interview with 60 Minutes Australia. The preview includes some great Adele quotes but, most notably, it features a preview of her new song, "When We Were Young."

You can check out the clip of the performance in the video below. Head to the 1:25 mark and prepare to be wowed. Of course, she sounds absolutely incredible, but as always, it's her lyrics which resonate with fans. “Let me photograph you in this light / In case it is the last time that we might be exactly like were before we realized," she sings. "We were sad and getting old, it made us so restless / Oh, I’m so mad at getting old, it makes me reckless / It was just like a movie / It was just like a song / When we were young.”

I'll give you a second to take in the utter flawlessness. The lyrics fall in line with what Adele has told us about her album. It focuses on her coming to terms with growing older and the changes that come with that. Like "Hello," there's a sense of unease as she looks back on her life. And, as is the case with much of her music, it's laced with sadness.
