It's so easy for late night talk shows to get boring and monotonous, so it's nice to see a celebrity actually switching it up in a hilarious way. Like this one: In an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night, Kristen Wiig brought her online date with her to the show while she promoted her new (epic) IFC miniseries, The Spoils of Babylon . Fair enough! Kristen Wiig is a very busy woman, it makes sense that she would double book a talk show appearance and an online date at the same time...and it could totally work, right?
Spoiler alert: It doesn't.
Not only does her date turn out to be a Satan-loving freak, but he also apparently shares a bed with his mother and aunt, and can't own a TV "after what happened" last time he owned one. For the sake of not spoiling the rest of the video, I won't give anymore away — this whole thing is hilarious and better experienced by just watching — but I will say that it's worth sticking around until the very end. Worst date ever, amirite?
I know they don't really get to talking about The Spoils of Babylon either, but that's absolutely worth watching too. Let's be real, everything with Kristen Wiig in it is worth watching.
