In your timeline, if someone uses the filter, the image will include a button on the bottom right hand side labeled, "Try it." Clicking it will take you to the "causes" feature of Facebook. Select "France" and adjust the blue, white, and red filter to correctly lay over your image. Click, "Use As Profile Picture," and Facebook will update your Facebook with the new image.
