Forget the lob! It's all about an actual bob. Model Olivia Culpo got a bob, chopping off her long and lovely, chocolate brown hair in to a shorter, more chic, and ladylike cut. While Culpo, 23, looks absolutely breathtaking with her face-framing, chin-length bob, she is still adjusting to the shorter length and was vocal about that fact in the captions of her Instagram posts in which she was showing off her fresh new 'do.
That's certainly a normal and expected reaction for Culpo to have as she adapts to no longer relying on ponytails on lazy days or no longer having to pull her hair through after yanking a shirt over her head or after slipping into a coat.
Cutting off your hair is quite an experience and even celebs like Culpo navigate the emotional stages of the change. Even though can rectify the short cut with extensions if she really and truly hates it, the struggle is real.
Culpo, a former Miss Universe who split with Nick Jonas earlier this year, didn't hold back. She readily admitted that she is still getting used to short hair. When she debuted the bob, she confessed that having short hair feels "weird" and that she thinks she likes it.
I don't think I like it! I know I like it. Culpo will probably love her sassy, sexy, and short cut in no time. It just takes a minute. Notice that she has soft, golden highlights dispersed throughout, adding depth to the 'do.
Culpo showed off her beautiful face in this no makeup selfie and once again noted that she was adjusting to the chop and still experiencing trepidation with her hashtags. She was lamenting that she is no longer able to toss her locks into a ponytail and joked that she'd have to rely on a few hundred bobby pins! That's obvs an exaggeration. She probably doesn't realize how amazing her short hair truly is.
Check out her rock 'n' roll travel ensemble! The destroyed jeans, the camel-colored leather jacket, and matching hat all look gorge with her new, short hair.
In this selfie, taken two weeks ago, Culpo was rocking shoulder-skimming locks. Her hair isn't dramatically shorter. It's likely only a few inches but it is a new shape and that takes some time to accept.

Ponytails are overrated! Cult can always go back to this look. She should totally enjoy her bob. She wears it so well and get creative with styling. I look forward to seeing how she handles it.
