Every millennial has the same burning question in their heart. It's a question that has stood the test of time, withstood generations of Apple computers from the iMac to the Macbook Air, and even survived Y2K. And that question is, "Would I survive the Oregon Trail"?
If you're anything like me, reckless that is, you probably never successfully forged Snake River Crossing as a measly sixth-grader. But our generation has grown up a bit since the '90s. We're older and wiser (maybe) than we were back in computer class. So now is the time to take another stab at pioneering a wagon cross-country to the bountiful land that is Oregon like grown-ass adults do.
Though I'm still not entirely sure what was in Oregon since I never made it, I like to envision my wagon arriving in a fruitful land where gold, burritos, and happiness flow aplenty. Which sort of sounds like the life we're all still looking for, amirite? But be careful replaying the Oregon Trail, because these days there are different obstacles to overcome, like that Netflix and chill lifestyle. If you think you've got what it takes to make it to Oregon, test your luck yet again.
