How To Prep For Justin Bieber's 'Purpose'
If you're anything like me, you likely went through a bit of a Justin Bieber blackout for the past couple of years, preferring to avoid anything to do with him altogether rather than deal with the constant shenanigans. But then he had to go and release three amazing songs in a row — "Where Are U Now", "What Do You Mean", and "Sorry" (oh yeah, and that preview of "I'll Show You" is pretty great, too) — and now you're in a bit of a predicament. You find him totally annoying, but you can't stop listening to his music (no, seriously, you've hardly listened to anything else in the past several weeks). Not only that, but you're desperate for Bieber's new album, Purpose , to come out already, so that you can put it on repeat for the rest of 2015. It's okay, it happens to the best of us. But the album is coming in less than two weeks, and you'll need to be prepared for Purpose . How do you do it? Don't worry, I'll help.
You may be thinking that you don't need to prep for Purpose , and some of you would probably rather not even go there, preferring instead to just listen to the album and leave it at that. You could do that, of course, but Bieber does actually have a lot of redeeming qualities, musically speaking, that aren't brand new — they've been there from the beginning. Here are some ways to get ready for Nov. 13.
Pre-Order Purpose On iTunes Or Amazon
If you're that hyped on this album, you've probably already pre-ordered it either in digital or actual CD form. However, in case you're just a super busy lady (or gent) who hasn't gotten around to it, now's your chance. Both iTunes and Amazon are taking pre-orders, so get yours in today.
Learn The Choreography In The "Sorry" Video
That alone will take you until at least Nov. 13, if not later. The "Sorry" video has some killer dancing, courtesy of New Zealand's ReQuest dance crew, and while it's totally impressive, it'll also be really hard to replicate if you're not a trained dancer/have minimal amounts of rhythm (no matter how much you'd like to believe otherwise). No reason not to give it a try, anyway.
Get Your Own Hoverboard To Ride Around Your Living Room
Pretty much everyone has one of those stupid hoverboards these days — they're definitely the must-have toy of 2015. Bieber loves his, and we all want to be like Bieber, right? (Yes, that's a joke — but hoverboards are definitely cool.)

Appreciate This Genius Acoustic Performance Of "What Do You Mean"
It might be easy to assume that Bieber's voice is courtesy of Autotune and fancy production, but in fact, he's actually a really solid singer. It'll only take one listen to this acoustic version of "What Do You Mean" to show that, and you'll be totally addicted. Well, even more than you already are.
Download & Listen To My World & My World 2.0
Bieber's first two releases came out in 2009 and 2010 respectively, and while they're much different from the stuff he's releasing today (and his voice was much squeakier), they're still totally worth listening to, if only to gauge just how far he's come over the past five years.

Ogle Some Pictures Of Bieber On Tumblr
I mean, he's not my cup of tea, really, but if you like cute guys, Bieber does kinda fit the bill, whether or not you want to admit it. Tumblr will have plenty of goodies for you, as it does for stans of any artist, so by all means, indulge and add some more Bieber to your dashboard.
Learn How To Skateboard
Another thing Bieber really loves is skateboarding. He's not all that good at it, but he has fun with it, and that's really what matters when it comes to your favorite pastimes, right? Grab your own board and become a skater girl. If you hang out at the skate park, you might even run into him one day.

Buy Super Extra Long T-Shirts
Bieber certainly didn't invent the fashion trend of wearing t-shirts that come down to your knees, but it is a look he's rather known for lately, and assuming you enjoy his sense of style, you may want to partake in the look. Personally, I like shirts that are long enough to actually cover my butt (mostly so I can wear leggings as pants), so I'm into it.

Stock Up On Calvin Klein Underwear
Justin did an infamous Calvin Klein campaign earlier this year that the world went crazy for. Thankfully, the designer makes comfy underwear for both men and women, so you can partake anytime you'd like.
