Irina Shayk Is A L'Oreal Paris Spokesperson

As if you need any more reason to be jealous of her, Irina Shayk is an international spokesperson for L'Oreal Paris. The model/actress (and not to mention Bradley Cooper's girlfriend), is an obvious choice to join what the company calls the "Lorealista dream team." She's charming, drop-dead-gorgeous, and, as I'm sure we'll all find out, totally worth it.

Shayk, 29-years-old, has earned her tenure in the modeling industry. After being scouted for a beauty contest in her home country of Russia, Shayk has posed for multiple brands (Intimissimmi, Guess, and Victoria's Secret, to name a few), for multiple magazines (Allure Russia, Vogue Spain, Harper's Bazaar US), and walked multiple runways (Givenchy, Jeremy Scott). Not to mention on top of all that, she's a favorite for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, appearing in the special edition of the magazine every year since 2007.

Clearly, Shayk has established herself in the modeling industry, so landing a major beauty deal was pretty much inevitable. Especially since her tanned skin, chiseled features, and bright blue eyes make her an absolutely stunning, unique presence in front of the camera. So there's no doubt in my mind that the brains at L'Oreal made the right choice when selecting her as the brand's latest international spokesperson.

Joining the ranks of fellow L'Oreal faces Karlie Kloss, Lara Stone, and Liya Kedebe, as well as celebrities Blake Lively, Jennifer Lopez, and Frida Pinto, Shayk is in good company. While we have yet to know which products or campaigns she'll be a part of, there's no doubt Shayk is going to kill it in everything she does for the brand.

Obviously, it's not exactly difficult to be jealous of Shayk right now. To ease the envious feelings and predict what her campaigns may be like, let's look back at some of Shayk's best beauty moments. OK, maybe it won't help ease jealousy, but you're going to look at them anyways, aren't you? That's what I thought.

1. Fresh-Faced

Who needs lot's of makeup? Sure, it's nice sometimes, but even Shayk knows a fresh face is sometimes the best you can go for.

2. Blushed

The soft pink blush Shayk is wearing not only coordinates with her gown, but pops against her olive skin.

3. Glowing

It's probably not difficult for Shayk to ace that glowing, highlighted makeup look since her skin is flawless to begin with.

4. Blue Eyeshadow

Walking the Diane Von Furstenberg Spring 2016 show, Shayk rocked a one-shouldered white mini dress, but I thought the light blue eye shadow lining her eyes was even better. File under: how to look stunning in blue eye shadow.

5. Smokey Eye

Shayk's take on a smokey eye involves matte blacks and grays, a subtle wing, and black kohl on the waterline. This may or may not be the prettiest take on a smokey eye I've seen to date.

6. Bronzed

Bronzed skin is a no-brainer with a metallic gold gown.

7. Red Lip

Taylor Swift has got competition. This red lip on Shayk looks classic Old Hollywood. Combined with the white halter dress, Shayk might as well be the new Marilyn Monroe.
