Get Excited for Seth Meyers on 'Late Night'

by Tanya Ghahremani

Still skeptical about Seth Meyers taking over Late Night from departing host Jimmy Fallon? First of all — why? Meyers is epic as the anchor of Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update, so it's clear he can host a late night show wonderfully. And second of all, here's something that should help to quell all of your misplaced doubts about him: The first promo for Seth Meyers' Late Night , which promises greatness, awesomeness, and hilariousness...all after his studio is built, of course.

The promo also presents an interesting tidbit of trivia: Apparently, his new studio at 30 Rockefeller Center in NYC is only just down the hall from Saturday Night Live's studio in the building. Whether or not this means he'll be able to make frequent guest appearances on Weekend Update (or SNL stars will be able to make cameos on his Late Night) remains to be seen — for the record, they definitely should — but at least now you know where his studio is for, I don't know, trivia night purposes.

You can check out the promo below. Afterwards, probably also worth watching is Fallon's promo for his takeover of The Tonight Show from Jay Leno, which you can check out here. Everything is changing!
