Wardrobe malfunctions are a fact of fashion life. They are unavoidable. They... happen. Most of the time, they are accidental and unplanned. Sometimes they are intentional, and I'm not just talking about Janet Jackson at the Super Bowl in 2004! Lady Gaga purposely flashed her undies in a red print, two-piece ensemble, thanks to the up-to-there slit in the long skirt.
Gaga, who often channels Donatella Versace, wore the crochet-look outfit to the Rock the Kasbah premiere and the singer gave everyone a show! But it wasn't as racy as it sounds. Her silvery boy shorts were totally visible, but it didn't feel like an "Oops, I did it again moment" nor did it feel like some sort of happy accident.
The skirt had a dangerously high slit that hit at the hip so it's not like Mother Monster, who wore a white gown to the airport, didn't realize that the silhouette would show off quite a bit of her underthings. In fact, I'd wager that these particular undergarments were part of the overall outfit.
Still, the look wasn't vulgar. It was distinctly Gaga. A high slit is always very sexy, since it shows off a ton of leg. Depending on how she stood or turned, her leg was either on display or obscured.
Gaga paired the red (and blue) outfit with hot pink heels. On anyone else, that might have been a horrific clash of color. On Gaga, it was fashion-forward because of course it was.
That's some slit! But the loose outfit also had serious flow on her frame.
It showed quite a bit of leg and some of her undergarments.
Anytime Tony Bennett is on her arm, Gaga exudes complete and total class!

Gaga and her fiance Taylor Kinney make quite a dashing pair, don't they?
Those pink heels, and her thigh tattoo, dosed her semi-Old Hollywood glam look with an air of punk rock.
The top was cropped. The skirt had a slit. The ensemble mimicked a wrap dress and Gaga looked sexy as hell. Notice that her mani matched her heels. How's that for accessorizing without being too overtly matchy-matchy.
This was another Lady Gaga red carpet win, for sure.
