Lorde Embraces Her Curly Hair

I already thought this singer was as cool as they come, but now she’s really gone and proven me right. Lorde embraces her curls, and she thinks her curly-haired fans should too. She took to Tumblr to have a question and answer session, and one fan thanked her for always rocking her own curls because it taught her to do the same. Lorde’s response was naturally just as amazing as that head of hair she has.

According to Teen Vogue, she wrote, “curly hair is the coolest s*** mama i love having this halo of hair radiating out from my face the bigger the better! actually just cut my hair a little shorter so it would be as big and cute as possible.” You know what? Good for her! As a curly haired person myself, I think it’s great that she not only embraces her long locks, but also encourages others to do the same. Because, call me biased, but I’m with her on this one — accepting your natural hair texture really is “the coolest s***."
