Some people really know how to make an impression. Like Kaley Cuoco, who's starting the new year in wedded bliss. The Big Bang Theory star announced her marriage to tennis star Ryan Sweeting via two photos posted to her Instagram along with the caption "Yep :) #thesweetings."
Cuoco and Sweeting famously became engaged after only three months of dating and by a stroke of PR genius, announced the happy news on the tail of their Emmy Awards debut as a couple. Just a month later, they kept the flame (of media buzz) alive by having an "aww"-inducing two-minute marriage ceremony on Ellen. Of course, the Ellen ceremony was just a dry run for the real thing, which Cuoco captured in adorable filter-laden photos for her fans.
And while most folks spend their New Year's Eve coming to terms with the fact that it's an event night that almost always disappoints, Cuoco was having her dream wedding in a pink Vera Wang gown in (relatively) warm Southern California. It's no wonder that on this, the first day of 2014, she felt the need to share her happy news, calling it the "Greatest night of my entire life :)."
Of course, the part where it just happens to be a great PR move is just a really, really ridiculously convenient coincidence, right?
