Zendaya Learned How To Do Makeup On YouTube

If there’s one gal to look up to when it comes to bold beauty inspiration, it’s this one. Zendaya does her own makeup all of the time. Yes, I’m talking for red carpets events and more, because she’s just that cool. And when you’ve got style like she does, why would you look to anyone else when you could just be killer all by yourself? This is just another way that Zendaya continues to become such an inspiration to me (and, like, everyone, right?).

She opened up to Byrdie about her beauty routine saying, “Being in the industry, I watched so many people doing my makeup, I was like, hey, I can do this.” She continued, “And then on top of that, then I was like wait, I can do it even better.” Of course. she could because she totally owns at life. As if taking matters into her own hands when it comes to makeup wasn’t down to earth enough, she also admitted to Byrdie that she taught herself by using YouTube tutorials. So, there you have it — Zendaya learns her makeup tips the same way we all do. I love that she keeps it real.
