We've seen this Modern Family actress grow up before our very eyes, but Ariel Winter's 2015 Emmys outfit is definitely her most mature ensemble yet. This is her first major red carpet appearance since her breast reduction surgery earlier this summer, and she's rocking a firecracker red strapless dress with an asymmetrical neckline that adds a whole lot of interest to the simple silhouette. Her jewelry is super classic, including some drop earrings, a bold cuff, and several gold rings. Winter's hair might be my favorite part — her dark brown waves perfectly complete the look.

The super body positive actress plays Alex Dunphy on the popular sitcom, which is up for Outstanding Comedy Series for the 6th time tonight. Earlier this summer, she opened up about her decision to get breast reduction surgery in an interview with Glamour, saying, “I was 15 years old with [size] F [breasts]. It’s like, ‘How do you navigate that?’”
