The 'Mad Men' Cast Stuns At 2015 Emmys
The show might be over, but the cast of Mad Men still has the 2015 Emmys. The actors and actresses are hitting the red carpet tonight in support of the recently ended, critically acclaimed drama that will be dearly missed by many. Although I gave up on watching Mad Men several seasons in (perhaps I should give it another chance?), I've always been drawn to the costume design, which is as convincing as it is glamorous. From Joan's va-va-voom shift dresses to Betty's glittering evening gowns, there's something for every lover of '60s fashion.
During the show's seven season run, several major style stars emerged, including Christina Hendricks, January Jones, and Kiernan Shipka (my personal favorite). Elizabeth Moss also has her moments, although she can be a little more hit-or-miss on the red carpet. Tonight, however, the men and women of Mad Men really delivered with their gorgeous and unforgettable ensembles.
The cast is a united force, all representing their unique personal style while maintaining a cohesive image. Read on for all of their 2015 Emmys looks. Mad Menmight have come to an end, but the show won't be forgotten any time soon, in large part thanks to the stunning and talented cast.
Jessica Paré
So pretty in pink
January Jones
More pants! This emerald green jumpsuit accessorized with a floral pin and a ruffle detail is ultra '70s disco.
Jon Hamm
Cool as a cucumber.
Elisabeth Moss
A newly-blonde Moss hit the red carpet in hot pink Oscar de la Renta. That shade is so elegant on her!
Kiernan Shipka
Sally Draper's IRL counterpart looks like a total dream in yellow brocade Dior (very Belle from Beauty and the Beast) over a pair of black cigarette trousers with black pumps. I've gotta say, this might be my favorite look of the night.
Christina Hendricks
Hendricks is rocking a lovely Naeem Khan gown on the carpet tonight with a fitted silhouette and long-sleeves that is covered head to toe in studs and embellishments. She also revealed in her interview with E! that she managed to take Joan's famous pen necklace from the Mad Men set — perhaps we'll be seeing that on a future red carpet?
