The 10 Most Common New Year's Resolutions

While you're busy slowly getting through your Christmas leftovers (turkey sandwich, anyone?), 2014 is fast approaching. And by that I mean it's TOMORROW. You might approach this by filling a Filofax with color-coded notes on how to revamp your life, or you could also choose to forgo New Year's resolutions entirely — science tells us it's good to manage our expectations, lest we come down too hard on ourselves. Either way, here are the 10 most common New Year's resolutions, in no particular order. If you do choose to follow one and fail, you can rest assured you're far from alone.

1. Get fit
