If there's any place in the world where the good, bad, and just plain weird come together in a glorious melting pot of fashion glory, it's the red carpet. The Emmy's 2015 red carpet was full of the usual celebrities, and with those celebrities comes the added benefit of some slightly out there, off-the-wall, and wacky outfits. While some years are more tame than others — for example, the 2014 Emmy's red carpet was pretty typically gorgeous, without many shocking moments — there are always a couple looks that are hard to forget for one reason or another. Whether that's because the outfit is beautiful or because it resembles another object so strongly that you just can't get over it (Iggy Azaelea's 2015 Grammy hair, anyone?) is always a surprise.
This year's Emmys hosted celebrities like Lena Dunham, Amy Schumer, and casts of hit shows like Empire and Mad Men, so yes, there were definitely bound to be a few memorable red carpet moments. It's television, people; things are bound to get weird. The most important thing to remember about red carpet events like the Emmys is, IMHO, you can never take them too seriously, and you should always respect the fact that celebrities always putting on an outfit knowing that someone, somewhere may compare their look to resembling a piece of food at some point in the evening.
