I've never understood the stigma surrounding Brussels sprouts. Whenever you hear someone talk about a gross vegetable, they always use "Brussels sprouts" as the example. I truly don't get it. When made correctly, Brussels sprout recipes are actually incredibly delicious. In fact, if you don't like Brussels sprouts, I'm going to assume you just haven't learned how to prepare them the right way. And that's exactly why you need the following Brussels sprouts recipes for fall in your life.
Of course, Brussels sprouts have been around all summer, but now that fall is here, I think we'll be seeing a lot more of them. Brussels sprouts are the best in fall and winter, and there are so many options for them. One of my favorite ways to cook Brussels sprouts is so simple: toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, then roast them in the oven for at least 35 minutes. When they're done correctly, the outsides are crispy, and the insides are so yummy.
Not convinced? I think the below recipes will do the trick. Expand your horizons this fall, and try one of these Brussels sprouts recipes that will change the way you think about this green veggie powerhouse. You may even start calling them one of your favorite foods!
