Charlotte Olympia & Havaianas Are Teaming Up

Seriously, is there anyone killing it more in the capsule collection category more than Charlotte Olympia? Yep, Charlotte Olympia is collaborating with Havaianas, and the line is set to hit shelves (and the interwebs) this fall during Milan Fashion Week. This comes as part of a long line of fab capsule collections (past favorites include the now-iconic Kitty flats, her epic Halloween shoes, her art history-inspired pumps), and this newest installation is definitely on par. The limited edition pieces include three pairs of flip flops, along with three matching towels (each featuring a different '50s-inspired pin-up girl). One set will feature Charlotte Olympia's signature leopard mascot, Bruce. Another will feature her popular spiderweb insignia (inspired by Charlotte's Web, of course), and the final one will feature her Kitty design.

What a match made in heaven, eh? Something just makes sense about the ultra-high profile Brazilian flip flop sensation joining forces with one of the most whimsical shoe designers around. Plus, there's a bit of a personal connection — Charlotte Dellal, the designer/Creative Director/CEO behind Charlotte Olympia, said, "I’m half Brazilian, so Havaianas have always been a staple when on holiday around the world and on the beach in Rio, my home away from home." The fond personal history shines through in the adorable (not to mention ultra-covetable) collection — let's take a look!

These webby sandals will feature delicate spiderwebs on a blush pink background, along with gold webs adorning the straps.

Bruce The Leopard

You can't go wrong with bold leopards on a bold red sole.

Kitty

The Kitty sandals will be black, printed with the famous cat insignia in gold, with matching thin straps.

Which pair will you be adding to your wardrobe? Truth be told, I'm something of a the black and gold Kitty flip flops, but to each her own! The collection, which is actually fairly affordably priced at $55 to $115, will be available online, as well as in Charlotte Olympia stores, and in the Havaianas Sao Paolo boutique.
