A Miley Cyrus & Nicki Minaj Feud Timeline

It is hard to keep track of all of the celebrity feuds going on these days. Especially those that nearly overlap each other, concern the same people, or are reinstated by those who drudge it up after it’s already been settled. If you haven’t already guessed, I’m referencing Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus' exchange of words that came to a head at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday.

As those wise, nameless people say, “If you can dish it out, you better be able to take it.” So, considering that Cyrus put her two cents into a solved issue between Minaj and Taylor Swift and kicked up the dirt again, she probably should have expected one of those two to maybe be just a little ticked off. Especially the one she specifically went into detail about. Albeit, Cyrus probably couldn't have guessed this would happen in the middle of an awards show.

Some people hide from confrontation. Others thrive on it, but only behind the safety of their computers. Clearly, Nicki Minaj is not either of these people. She challenged Cyrus in the middle of her acceptance speech for Best Hip Hop Video, and the VMAs host countered back (despite her apparent shock), but nothing about this fight seems over, regardless of both women putting their two cents in.
