Maddie Ziegler Stuns In Valentino At The TCAs

When she's not busy working as Sia's brilliant dancer in Chandelier, clad in a nude leotard and a fierce platinum blonde bob or breaking it down to Nicki Minaj's Anaconda, this twelve-year-old dancer is putting in her time in reality TV show Dance Moms. Tonight, Maddie Ziegler at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards looked totally elegant in a floral dress and Valentino heels, proving that she's got some serious style both on stage and at an award show.

Maddie totally nailed the summer dress look, with a floral mini dress with thin, delicate straps, simple cuff, midi rings, and a killer pink marble clutch. Did I mention those shoes?! The Valentino Rockstud T-Strap Pump that I've basically been stalking for years? Yep, this teen's look is totally beating out my entire wardrobe, nbd. To finish off her look, Maddie kept her hair in a messy updo and natural make up, pulling off the effortless, yet elegant look. My favorite part of her ensemble, though? The clutch. I love the unexpected pairing of a patterned clutch with a floral dress—it totally works. Can't wait to see what Chloe Lukasiak is wearing!

Contrary to popular belief, the fierce rivalry between Maddie and Chloe is one that's actually too intense IRL. Maddie's mother said, “To be honest with you, I don’t think there’s any rivalry at all. You should see Maddie and Chloe backstage. They say, ‘I love you,’ they pray together, it’s the cutest thing. The shows wants them to be at each other’s throats, but they’re not. They’re so supportive of each other,” according to to the International Business Times.

Though, of course, that was last year. Now that Ziegler and Lukasiak have both been nominated for the Choice Dancer competition, it looks like the rivalry is on again. Lukasiak did tell VivaGlam Magazine that this wasn't too surprising, though, since they've been pitted against each other for years.
