Lucy Hale Gets Edgy for 'V' Magazine

This Pretty Little Liars star is all grown up, and she wants you to know it. Lucy Hale's edgy look for V Magazine is way outside of her character's high school style norm, and she looks amazing.

Hale is intentionally changing her style in this shoot to something a little (OK, a lot) more grown up because she wants to be seen that way.

"I was really excited to do something a lot more grown up and show a different side of me," she said, according to Popsugar. "I'll be done next October with [Pretty Little Liars] forever, which is exciting, but also scary at the same time because it's the next chapter of my life and so I'm really looking forward to exploring different and darker roles."

Darker doesn't just mean horror or thriller films, either. Her outfits in the shoot consisted of erotic ensembles that allude to bondage. Get it, girl. Hale dressed up for the shoot in thigh-high mini dresses, sexy bustiers, and bondage-style cutouts. Her "grown up" message was made loud and clear.

She styled the makeup to match, with dark and bold brows and smokey eyes. She also wore the hottest lip trend—a brownish, '90s grunge color we all know and still love.

I think she looks gorgeous and, for the first time, we are really seeing her as the grown woman she is.
