There has never been a time in my life when I have not loved sequins, but figuring out how to wear sequins in everyday outfits has still never been a super easy feat. I attended dance school growing up and twice a year we would prepare for our recitals by getting all dolled up, pulling our hair back in a neat bun, and wearing glamorous costumes. More often than not our costumes included lycra, feathers, and of course sequins. I quit dancing in my mid–teens, but I still miss all the glitz and glam of the costumes.
