Grammy Nominations Will Be T. Swift BIG

by Tanya Ghahremani

If you've found yourself sitting around the past few days wishing there was some sort of Hollywood-manufactured awards show featuring performances from all the top 40 artists in the game right now (and you have no desire to rewatch the MTV Video Music Awards because bleh), good news! The Grammys aren't here yet, but you've got the next best thing coming up: Tonight, CBS is set to air a huge Grammy nominations event leading up to the real show.

Might not sound too interesting yet, but here's the best part: Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! - Countdown to Music's Biggest Night will feature performances from all those top 40 artists you love (some secretly), including Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Lorde (!!!), T.I., Robin Thicke, and for everyone who misses the days of disco, members of Earth, Wind & Fire. Unfortunately, contrary to initial reports, Drake will not be performing at the show — according to Time, he pulled out of the show last minute due to scheduling conflicts.

In addition to the performances, the Grammy nominations show will also, of course, announce all of the nominees for the 2014 Grammy awards, which are set to take place in LA on Jan. 26, 2014.

Tonight's Grammy nominations show will be hosted by LL Cool J, along with Arsenio Hall, Enrique Iglesias, and Ed Sheeran. It's set to air at 10 p.m. EST, on CBS. Bustle will be covering the concert and the nominations, so check back later for results from the evening.
