Naked manicures are in.
Markarian
Nail artist and KISS ambassador Gina Edwards took inspo from 1930s-era Hollywood glam, which translated into a variety of press-on designs — some in silvery glitter, others studded in pearls or crystals.
Jason Wu
Brand founder and nail artist Deborah Lippmann used a neutral beige polish — specifically, her Naked shade — to compliment the bold, colorful styles in Wu’s show.
Tia Adeola
At Adeola’s F/W ‘22 show, models sported geode-style nail art in pastel blue and pink with stripes of shimmery gold.
Proenza Schouler
Nail artist and brand founder Jin Soon Choi went with minimalist manicures for an effortless feel. Some models wore a deep burgundy (JinSoon’s Audacity) and others wore a sheer milky shade (JinSoon’s Dew).
Shui’s F/W ‘22 show was all about retro glam. To complement the blue eyeshadow and mod hair, nail artist Kia Trey painted candy-colored French manicures on the models in shades that matched their outfits.
Christian Siriano
A color-blocked nail art at Siriano matched the various blues of the designer’s fall/winter collection. Edwards used OPI’s Can’t CTRL Me and Isn’t It Grand Avenue to create a fun statement mani.
ManiMe, a line of custom-printed gel nail stickers, provided a variety of neutral manicures that made for an understated yet chic vibe.
