The ‘90s and early aughts were a decade of serious looks... and questionable trends. Cast your mind back to low-rise jeans, crop tops, and platform wedges. That said, some stars wore these styles with such swagger that we could be persuaded to emulate them, even now. Case in point: Victoria Beckham.
