Bachelor Nation is buzzing this Friday, Dec. 8, thanks to the announcement of Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s Bachelor contestants. Arie previously appeared as a contestant on Emily Maynard's season of The Bachelorette in 2012. He was runner-up that season, but what is Emily Maynard doing in 2017? The former Bachelorette's life is crazy-busy.

Ultimately, Maynard gave her final rose to Jef Holm, but the two broke off their engagement shortly after the end of The Bachelorette Season 8. Maynard went on to find her happily ever after with a man outside of Bachelor Nation, Tyler Johnson. In November 2017, the couple welcomed their third son to the family. Maynard also has a 12-year-old daughter, Ricki, from a previous relationship.

With three boys all under the age of three, Maynard is a busy mom these days. Her boys — Jennings Tyler, 2; Gibson Kyle, 1; and newborn Gatlin Avery — along with daughter Ricki, appear to be the center of Maynard's world, if her social media accounts are any indication. Thanks to the arrival of her fourth child, 2017 has been a special year for the former Bachelorette, but even though her family life has been booming, she still made time to congratulate Arie on his second shot at finding love.

In a statement to US Weekly, Maynard said of Arie,

"I can't think of a better person to be 'The Bachelor' than Arie and I've been hoping this day would come since Season 8 ended! He's a gentleman through and through and all the girls on his season are lucky to have him."

Maynard's support of Arie is so lovely to see, and it's amazing that she even had time to comment considering the announcement came just a couple of months before the birth of Gatlin.

In addition to being a busy mom and wife, Maynard has also embarked on a career as a writer and lifestyle blogger since her Bachelor Nation days. Her life and journey toward finding love inspired Maynard to write I Said Yes: My Story of Heartbreak, Redemption, and True Love. The book was published in 2016, and he detailed her journey before, during, and after her time spent looking for love on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

Maynard also has her own lifestyle blog where she shares her favorite brands, makeup tips, and style inspirations. It hasn't been super active this year, but that's understandable when you remember that Maynard's family has been growing quickly since her marriage to Johnson in 2014. Johnson isn't a Bachelor alum, but he seems to take his wife's reality star fame in stride — he even shared photos of their new arrival for his wife on Gatlin's birthday.

There's no doubt about it; the 31-year-old's expanding family appears to be the center of her world. To see Maynard wish Arie the same kind of happiness speaks volumes about this tireless Bachelorette star.

Her time in Bachelor Nation may be behind her, but Maynard's life is incredibly full. From raising her four kids to writing, she's a busy woman who takes every opportunity to express how grateful she is to have so much love in her life. Even though she's not in the media spotlight these days, Maynard is incredibly open about her life on social media.

In 2017, Maynard welcomed a new baby, promoted her book, and even appeared on the cover of People magazine. The new year is sure to bring the super mom even more adventures, and if Bachelor fans are lucky, one of those adventures will be watching her ex, Arie, embark on his own Bachelor journey. If he's lucky, maybe he'll end up with a happily ever after as wonderfully busy and rewarding as Maynard's appears to be.
