After Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck tied the knot last July, the two moved in together and are blending their families. Naturally, they’re letting go of their old properties. Lopez just listed her old Bel Air, California mansion and it’s selling for a cool $42.5 million.

According to the listing, the place was originally designed by architect Samuel Marx and re-imagined into a “French Country refuge.”

While the couple is reportedly still on the hunt for a new place, Affleck was the first to sell his Pacific Palisades mansion for a profit. He bought the property for $19 million in 2018 and listed it for $30 million last August.

Lopez is also apparently making a huge profit off of her most recent home. Per TMZ, the “Let’s Get Out” singer bought the property from Sela Ward in 2016 for $28 million.
