Gottmik: Paris Hilton

Gottmik was Paris Hilton’s makeup artist before becoming a Drag Race contestant, so it’s no wonder Gottmik nailed an impersonation of the socialite. The Season 13 finalist created one of the most spot-on transformations and had the Hilton’s nasal drawl down. That’s hot!

Aquaria: Melania Trump

Aquaria was an unexpected Snatch Game winner on Season 10 as “Melahhhhhnia” Trump. The Season 10 frontrunner nailed the former first lady’s look and mannerisms, including the confused blinking and the light-blue Tiffany gift box she gave to RuPaul (like the one Michelle Obama received IRL).

Shea Coulee: Flava Flav

“Yeah, boyeeeeee!” Anyone who watched The Flavor of Love in the early 2000s probably already knew in their hearts that Flava Flav could be a drag icon, and Shea Coulee made this a reality during the All Stars 5 Snatch Game.

Chad Michaels: Cher

A lifetime of Cher impersonation served Chad Michaels well during the Season 4 Snatch Game. The contestant had RuPaul in stitches with this impersonation, including the catchphrase “I’m Cher, b*tch!”

Alaska: Mae West

The All Stars 2 cast had an all-time best Snatch Game, and Alaska’s Mae West remains a fan-favorite impersonation. Alaska perfectly captured her husky and seductive voice, jokingly saying to RuPaul,. “When I’m good I’m good, but when I’m bad I get serious venereal disease.”

Jujubee: Eartha Kitt

Eartha Kitt is one of the most common Snatch Game choices (Chi Chi DeVayne did Eartha in Season 8 and Valentina tried the same in All Stars 4) but Jujubee managed to bring new humor to the iconic singer and comedienne during the All Stars 5 Snatch Game of Love. Juju got Eartha Kitt’s voice and mannerisms down perfectly, purring the poem “roses are red, violets are blue, pick me, I love you.”

Ginger Minj: Adele

Ginger Minj had endless one-liners as singer Adele during the Season 7 Snatch Game. When RuPaul asked where in the UK Adele was from, Ginger answered, “My house.”

Ben DelaCreme: Dame Maggie Smith

Ben DelaCreme did an uncanny performance as Dame Maggie Smith, dressed as one of the British star’s prim period-drama characters, suggesting that “citrus” might make a wild addition to any beverage.

Bob The Drag Queen: Uzo Aduba and Carol Channing

Bob The Drag Queen did two characters for the Season 8 Snatch Game — and both helped pave the way to her crown. The Season 8 winner’s impersonation of Uzo Aduba’s Orange Is The New Black character truly won the judges over.

Sharon Needles: Michelle Visage

Season 4 winner Sharon Needles took a risk by impersonating Drag Race judge Michelle Visage — and it paid off. The spooky queen had RuPaul joking about their nights out “back in ’87.”

Jinx Monsoon: Edith “Little Edie” Bouvier Beale

Jinx Monsoon had the Season 6 cast scratching their heads when she picked John F. Kennedy’s eccentric cousin Edith “Little Edie” Bouvier Beale. Portraying the subject of the documentary Grey Gardens, Jinx charmed the judges and managed to introduce Little Edie to a new generation.

Katya: Björk

Katya captured Icelandic singer Björk’s quirky energy perfectly, blowing bubbles between questions, trying to eat judge Jujubee’s wig, and asking, “How many bones do I win?”

Bimini Bon Boulash: Katie Price

Bimini Bon Boulash gave a memorable performance as UK media personality Katie Price. With iconic lines such as “is it cold in here or is it just my nipples?” and “the nipples are the eyes of the face,” Bimini proved herself a frontrunner with this hilarious character.

Gigi Goode: Maria The Robot

Gigi Goode stole the show by choosing Maria The Robot (aka Sophia The Robot), an AI with an attitude. “Are you trying to control me? How very dare you,” she said to RuPaul when he tried to give her a Siri-like instruction.

Marlene Dietrich: Sasha Velour

Sasha Velour got the memo that old icons play well in Snatch Game and chose 1920s bi-icon Marlene Dietrich for the Season 9 Snatch Game. The queen perfectly captured her frank demeanor and set herself ahead of the other competitors.

Kennedy Davenport: Little Richard

The judges were skeptical when Kennedy Davenport decided to go with Little Richard for her Snatch Game character, but the final result was undeniably hilarious, paving the way for future queens to do Snatch Game characters who aren’t women.

Alexis Michelle: Liza Minnelli

Alexis Michelle was the star of the Season 9 Snatch Game with this uncanny Liza Minnelli impression. While many of the queen’s castmates doubted she could do the Broadway legend justice, Alexis nailed this Minnelli moment.

Baga Chipz: Margaret Thatcher

The notorious former Prime Minister of England Margaret Thatcher might seem difficult to make funny, but Baga Chipz — with her glowing red pupils and literal fangs — gave a hilarious performance during the first UK Snatch Game.

Naomi Smalls: Wendy Williams

Naomi Smalls took on talk show host Wendy Williams during the All Stars 3 Snatch Game, winning over audiences by impersonating the host’s signature charisma and spoofing the viral Statue of Liberty faint.
