If you’re browsing the market for a new bag, you might want to hold off on that oversized tote and cross body chain purse. Backpacks are having a fashion moment again and our inner elementary school selves can rejoice. That’s right, Jansport is still a thing and you can get your back-to-school jollies once again by shopping for an office-friendly backpack for all your notepad, laptop, pen case and makeup bag storage. I can barely contain my excitement.

I first noticed the re-emerging of my '90’s school shopping list favorite in late March, when Lauren Conrad posted a picture on Instagram clad in a black romper, accessorizing for her gal pal’s wedding party with a blush pink backpack. I instantly flashed back to 1995’s Clueless and Cher’s black and white leather mini backpack. I figured, okay, that’s so cute and very Lauren Conrad. End of thought bubble.

This morning, however, Coach posted it’s own backpack-focused Instagram pic. The brand has asked three travelers to bring its Rucksack along for their summer journeys, starting with Andrea Dabene in Washington.
