The Outfits In "Bad Blood" Are Amazing

by Shea Simmons

Taylor Swift may be leading the pack for nominations tonight at the Billboard Music Awards, but it's not her dance moves or acceptance speeches we've been waiting to see. Tonight, everyone's imaginary BFF, Taylor Swift debuted her "Bad Blood" video at the Billboard Music Awards, and we can't stop watching it! For weeks now, we've been getting some seriously gorgeous, Sin City-esque sneak peeks at the bevy of celebs who have helped Swift out with her latest project. While that's partially motivated by the amazing song itself, we can't overlook the seriously vampy, futuristic fashion.

In case you were wondering how Swift's "Bad Blood" video became so stylish, you don't really need to look for answers anywhere other than its star studded cast. Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, and Karlie Kloss are just a few of the crazy famous models starring in the production. Then, there's the likes of Lena Dunham, Ellie Goulding, and Zendaya ramping up the star power. But that's not even the end of the list! Swift has called in her entire squad for the video, and the style is giving us serious #fashionsquadgoals.

From catching Swift's Instagram sneak peeks, we knew that the video was definitely going to have a super vampy, powerful look, and the styling did not disappoint. Here are some of my favorite fashion moments from the music video.

Futuristic Chic

Swift, Cindy Crawford, Ellen Pompeo, and Mariska Hargitay all rocked some majorly sexy catsuits in the insane video. The metal detailing on Hargitay, Pompeo, and Crawford's jumpsuits were giving us serious badass vibes, and T. Swift was serving futuristic chic to perfection.

Sin City Sexy

Based on Swift's Instagram posts, we knew that the video seemed to be inspired by Sin City, and based on Cara Delevingne, Zendaya, Gigi Hadid, and Taylor (who seems to be rocking every style in the vid, as she should be), we think we got that right. The ladies were sporting gorgeously vampy corsets, and I still can't get over the fact that Sin City alum Jessica Alba made a cameo!

Fashion #SquadGoals

In what may have been the most fashionable moment of the video—and it had a lot— Taylor's gang of femme fatales face off against Selena Gomez's— or Arsyn's—own gang. With explosions going off in the background, we got a breathtaking, badass view of coordinated and killer fashion that completely eclipsed all of our former #SquadGoals.
