The Best Dressed Men At The 2015 Met Gala Wore Everything From Classic Tuxedos, To Fringe, To A Gold Dragon
While all eyes were on the women's fashions, the best dressed men of the 2015 Met Gala also managed to turn heads at the star-studded event. The following male celebrities donned their well-tailored suits and designer duds in celebration of the Costume Institute's annual affair, also known as fashion's biggest night.
Unlike last year's Met Gala, the men were not required to wear White Tie and Decorations — since not all of them followed that rule anyway — so that made for truly interesting sartorial choices, from George Clooney and Tom Ford's tuxedos, to Justin Bieber and Michael B. Jordan's eye-catching suits. But whether they went dapper, daring, or were just happy to stand next to their beautiful date, one thing's for certain — the best dressed guys of the 2015 Met Gala give fashion a good name.
Kanye West
Yeezy definitely let his lovely wife take center stage at the Met Gala, but points to him for rocking the fringe.
Robert Pattinson
Team Edward forever. #sorrynotsorry
Justin Bieber
The Biebz certainly went for the night’s theme in a gold dragon embroidered jacket and textured belt.
Common
Is that a Mockingjay on his lapel? The Oscar winner is the epitome of a true gentleman.
Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka
The cute couple was twinning in tuxedos. Before they left for the Met Gala, Harris tweeted, “Looking forward to a very James Bond evening.” 007 times two!
Matt Bomer
Magic Matt.
Michael B. Jordan
The matching shoes are a bit much, but only someone with Jordan’s swagger can pull off this look.
Lenny Kravitz
The rocker repped color for the other men in attendance, but still looked classy as hell. Plus, OMG are you guys freaking out that he arrived with his ex Lisa Bonet?
Joshua Jackson
Jackson’s classic tux complements Diane Kruger’s unconventional choice of pants.
Prabal Gurung
Loving how that yellow flower on his tux matches Kristen Wiig’s gown.
Tom Ford
Everyone (perhaps except for Rita Ora), appreciates how dapper and handsome her date looks.
Jeremy Scott
And on the other end of the design spectrum from Tom Ford, there’s the always animated Jeremy Scott.
Andy Cohen
Swoon. Plus, he matched his boutonniere with his date Sarah Jessica Parker’s epic Met Gala ensemble.
Dwayne Wade
The basketball player certainly went for the decorations. A-plus effort.
Eddie Redmayne
It’s not terribly exciting, but Redmayne always looks elegant.
Spike Lee
There’s a touch of Michael Jackson here that I can’t hate on.
Joe Mangianello
Sofia Vergara’s “Step off” expression and pose sums up exactly how we’d act next to Mangianello.
Diddy
Solid effort from the rap mogul.
Larry David
The award-winning writer and comedian looks great in head-to-toe black.
Alexander Wang
Of course he looks sharp and youthful, but it’s all about the one and only Cookie Lyons in this photo.
Adrien Brody
There’s a lot going on, but it’s a lot of fun.
Jay-Z
Who wouldn’t look and feel like a billion bucks standing next to HER?
