This film has been pretty highly anticipated for a while, so here's some good news: Looks like it was rightfully so! Judging by the first trailer for Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel , it's delightfully quirky and very Wes Anderson-y, which is just how we like our Wes Anderson movies to be. The font may be different, but the heart is the same!
In this first trailer, we're introduced to Gustave H (Ralph Fiennes), a legendary concierge at The Grand Budapest Hotel in Europe of the 1920s between World War I and World War II, and Zero (Tony Revolori) a lobby boy who becomes his most trusted bestie. The film's plot surrounds the painting of a boy with an apple, but honestly, I was more distracted by this epic cast in the trailer — not only does Lord Voldemort himself star, but Anderson regulars Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman, Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, and Edward Norton are also there, as well as Tilda Swinton, Harvey Keitel, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldblum, Léa Seydoux, Saoirse Ronan, Tom Wilkinson, F. Murray Abraham, and Jude Law. That's a lot of famous people!
You can check out the trailer below. The Grand Budapest Hotel is set to hit theaters nationwide next year, on March 7, 2014.
