Channel Kendall With a Cold-Weather Crop Top

Now that the weather is officially on the chilly side, to put it mildly, bearing skin is pretty much the last thing on my mind. However, with the holidays coming up, I've been thinking a lot about balancing sexiness with warmth. Kendall Jenner's long-sleeved crop top is pretty much all the inspiration I need.

The model was spotted shopping in L.A. this past weekend. She wore a white midriff-bearing blouse with bell sleeves, high-waisted black jeans, and Saint Laurent's Python Rock ankle boots (which cost $1,795 at Barneys, in case you're keeping track). Jenner topped the look off with a pair of oversized aviator sunnies and a low ponytail with face-framing strands loose in the front.

I love the slightly oversized silhouette of her top and how it shows just a sliver of stomach. While it's not quite fancy enough for any Christmas gatherings on your calendar (although, just add some sequins and you're good), this outfit certainly gives me an idea or two about how to maintain your sense of style during the colder months. Of course, not all of us live in L.A. and can go sans coat in mid-December, but still. I would brave even a New York City winter in this look — with about a thousand piles of wool layered over it, of course.

If you live in one of those states where it's too cold to go outside from November through March, well, I can't help you there.
