The Ugliest Christmas Sweater You Will Ever See

It's that time of year when we begin to receive countless text message from our friends inviting us to their Ugly Christmas Sweater parties. Surprisingly, no one ever attempts to think up anything original because clearly there is no better way to usher in the holidays than with 10 to 20 of your closest friends clad in sweaters with Rudolph's nose in 3D, hanging literally by a thread, or a knitted turtleneck number that was made especially by grandma. No matter how creative you get this year, however, you won't be able to compete with Target and TOM's latest collaboration known as the "Together Sweater."

Before you begin scouring the World Wide Web for the sweater, it should be noted that it isn't as readily available as some of the items from this year's most sought-after designer x retailer collaborations. Instead, Target and TOM's sent the sweater, which can be worn by up to seven people at once, to their partners in an effort to promote the "spirit of the holidays." Talk about one size fits all!

A representative from Target told Buzzfeed:

"...you can do more good when you come together with others to help those in need. While tongue-and-cheek, we think the ‘Together Sweater’ captures the ‘One for One, for All’ mantra of our collaboration with TOMS and serves as a reminder that we can accomplish more by working together.”

Now, that's a clever way to wear your heart on your sleeve. Unfortunately, the "Together Sweater" is not available for purchase, so all those family and bff photos you just thought up are out of the window now. But don't fret just yet: As of last Sunday, the TOMSforTarget collection is now available online and in stores.

From blankets to coffee mugs, the items in the collection have something perfect for stocking stuffers or neatly wrapped gifts for under the tree. To spread the cheer and further TOMS ever-present mission, every limited edition item purchased from the collection will allow TOMS to give shoes, blankets or meals to those in need.
