CAA represents Witherspoon, but Toth isn’t her agent. He is, however, co-head of the motion pictures talent department.
He studied political science in college
He hails from Aliquippa, Pa., but Toth moved out to L.A. to attend Loyola Marymount University. After graduating, he worked in the CAA mailroom before making it big as an agent, according to Us Weekly.

Toth and Witherspoon went out for Italian food, and the dating rumors started flying almost immediately. They were not for nothing: the couple was engaged by the end of the year.
