Lucille Bluth Reacts To "Abortion Barbie"

Each week Bustle takes a much talked about current event and merges it with commentary from a popular face in entertainment. This week: Lucille Bluth takes on Wendy Davis as "Abortion Barbie." After her 11-hour filibuster against a bill on abortion restrictions in Texas last year, Wendy Davis received the nickname "Abortion Barbie" from conservative pundit Erick Erickson. Now that she's running for governor, the horrible nickname is back in the news because an artist named Sabo took it upon himself to make posters depicting Davis as a literal Abortion Barbie and hung them around Los Angeles ahead of Davis' fundraiser in the city. The poster shows Davis' head pasted onto that of a Barbie with a plastic Barbie baby in its belly and holding a black Barbie baby that has a large pair of scisors hanging over its head. A caption reads, "Hollywood welcomes Abortion Barbie Wendy Davis."

This type of art is nothing new for Sabo, he previously made art mocking Hillary Clinton, and also loves making racist statements on his Facebook page such as, "THE FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT HAS A DRONE ARMY AND HAS ARMED THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY TO THE TEETH AND NOT ONE DEMOCRAT JEW IS WORRIED ABOUT IT." Adding insult to injury, yes, he also types in all caps.

For this week's eye-roll inducing story, who better to react than professional eye-roller Lucille Bluth. She is very opinionated and always speaks her mind. (Granted, it's usually so she can insult Lindsay or announce her need for more vodka, but it works for this too.)
