Kerry Washington Has Been Hiding Something Big

Sorry Team Jake. Seems Scandal star Kerry Washington is now a married woman. According to E! Online, the star of the ABC drama and Django Unchained is now legally attached to San Francisco 49ers cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha.

And has been for some time. Washington and Asomugha secretly wed June 24 in Idaho to very little fanfare. In fact, very little was known about the couple, thanks to Washington's mum attitude towards her relationship with the football player.

Washington was previously engaged to David Moscow, but life has improved rapidly since their split in 2007. Not only is Washington currently the star of a buzzy network drama, but she also appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair , a win for African-American actresses who had previously been relegated to the whitewashed magazine's fold.

Based in her hush-hush marriage, seems Washington's good at giving is twists on and off the screen.
