'RHOC's Shannon Beador Is All Of Us

As much as I love every single real housewife on The Real Housewives for who they are, there is always one in each city that I love the most. Sorry to play favorites, but what makes me love one of the women over the others is their ability to say exactly what I’m thinking in the moment that the crazy starts to come out. There’s one in every group: Dorinda in New York City, Caroline in New Jersey — and even though she’s a little too domesticated for my liking — even Yolanda sometimes takes on that role in Beverly Hills. So, it’s no wonder that Shannon Beador from The Real Housewives of Orange County is totally my favorite time and time again. It just seems like every time I am just about to say “Oh no she didn’t!” out loud while watching an episode of RHOC, Shannon is one step ahead of me, saying exactly what I am thinking in response to some of the craziest moments of the show.

But that’s not the only thing to love about Shannon. There are so many ways in which she is just like all of us. She’s kind of clumsy. She isn’t afraid to spend a night in, even when Vicki is pressuring her to woop it up. And she often thinks the other women are a little wacky. Really, Shannon Beador is us: She thinks like us, she reacts like us, she parties like us, and she says exactly what we are thing.

Just take a look at this list of the moments Shannon Beador was more than just a real housewife. She was all of us, really, which is why she is one of the best.

1. When Heather Dubrow Kicked Her Out Of Her House

Flabbergasted. That’s what that look is. And it’s exactly what we all were thinking when Heather got on her high horse and asked Shannon to leave. Seriously, who does that to someone?

2. When She Dieted, And Hated Every Minute Of It

Because not eating what you want and working out all the time totally sucks.

3. When The Housewives Went To NASCAR

This was the most random thing ever, I’m just glad Shannon was willing to say it.

4. When She Was Left Out

Because it hurts when it happens, but, also, come on. Who made you Oprah?

5. When The Drama Started Before Drinks Were Served

That is a problem.

6. When She Was Super Graceful

Like you haven’t done the exact same thing. Those shoes are slippery!

7. When Meghan Told It Like It Was

Easy, killer. We can all get along here.

8. When She Almost Fell In The Water And Saved Her Drink First

She knows what's really important.

9. When She Tried To Convince Everyone She Was Still Cool

Because you know that no matter how much you try, your high school cool days are over.

Whether it's a first date or a night out with your S.O., you know you're hoping that's how the night will end too.

She may be part of the drama sometimes on the show, but, for the most part, Shannon is usually the one who says what all of us at home are thinking, and I totally love her for it.
